We are currently seeking a Director, Asset Management, based in greater Denver, CO, who will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the strategic management and disposition of DISH Network nationwide assets including, but not limited to the following:

Fleet:  Overall management, including the forecasting, acquisition, up-fitting, maintenance and disposition of approximately 4,500 light vehicles for the Dish Network Services (DNS) internal field installation and maintenance work force.  Work includes negotiation of vendor/supplier contracts, leadership of inventory management analysts, overall vehicle budget planning, fuel card acquisition, disposition and management.

Real Estate:  Overall management, including the master planning, acquisition and disposition of approximately 1.2 million square feet of owned and leased multiuse space.  Works includes vendor and landlord negotiations, budget and payment verification, lease contract management, and space planning

Inventory Management:  Overall responsibility for national inventory management and processes in over 120 offices nationwide.  Work includes developing leading edge inventory processes including turns management, inventory audits and escalation procedures.

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 8 years related experience, including 4 years supervisory/management experience and/or training
• Previous experience in leading a large and diverse asset management function

• Strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to develop and present overall corporate strategies related to asset management
• Proven ability to lead and develop people
• Proven background in successfully leading an internal service provider organization
• Successful negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong financial budgeting experience
