This is a great temp-to-hire position in Green Bay for an experienced telemarketer who enjoys making outbound calls! They will consider those seeking PT and FT hours. You will be calling prospective clients to arrange appointments for their salespeople. They have 12 territories in 3 states. They will provide training and a script. You will also enter any notes into their CRM software and scheduling the actual appointments for the sales department. Occasionally, potential customers will want additional information before setting up an appointment, so you will also be responsible for e-mailing or mailing out material. If you enjoy the challenge of making calls, this is the position for you!
Qualifications:
Candidate must have experience with telemarketing/inside sales (not just customer service.) Great personality, strong organizational skills, and initiative are needed in this role. Basic Word/Excel is needed. Marketing experience would be helpful (if candidate has this experience, they may assist at times with laying out mailers, order promotional materials, etc.)
Hours:
If part time, the person could work 4-5 hours each day, M-F. They are flexible, as long as person keeps the same schedule each day. For full time, approximate hours are 8-5pm, with some flexibility on the start/end time.
Pay:
$10-$14.00 (based on experience)
