Leasing Consultant Openings

Leasing openings available at two Fairfield Properties in the Atlanta area; Marietta and Doraville. Applicants must have previous leasing experience, especially Bond experience. Strong customer service and organizational skills are ideal.

Leasing Consultants are tasked with effectively marketing the property and maintaining high occupancy of quality residents. They are the first impression of the property and must present a level of professionalism befitting a Fairfield property. Leasing Consultants guide potential residents through the move-in process by handling phone calls, conducting property tours, working with the potential resident to complete the application, and getting the file approved by the appropriate person in the office. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for ensure potential and current residents receive the highest level of customer service in the office.

Positions are Full Time (40hrs/wk) and includes weekends. Flexible work schedules- must be available to work any day of the week if needed. Hours are usually 9:00 to 6:00pm. We offer great pay with commissions and bonuses, full benefits including 401(k) with employer matching!
