We are currently in search of successful Property & Casualty Producers to add to our Agency team in our Southfield, MI office.  If you are looking for a challenging and exciting career in insurance sales, please read through our description and qualifications below and consider submitting your resume.

The primary responsibility of the producer is to produce and generate new and renewal business while building relationships with our carriers, clients and account managers.  Producers are specifically responsible for acquiring, servicing, producing, rating and marketing to potential new and renewal clients through cold calling, obtaining referrals, following through on leads, etc.  Our producers work closely with our account managers and marketing team to communicate policy changes throughout the year and are also responsible for the collection of premiums.

Interested candidates must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work well with all kinds of people.  A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING AND/OR SELLING COMMERCIAL INSURANCE IS REQUIRED as well as holding the required insurance agent’s license.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience is also preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
