Production Supervisor (Blending)

Butterball, LLC, seeks a Production Supervisor (Blending) for its operations in Carthage, Missouri.  This person will be our first line of quality, customer service, leadership bench strength and stability.  This Supervisor will report directly to the Superintendent.

Our Supervisor will effectively and efficiently coordinate the manufacturing and product flow to the customer.  Other duties include supervising, scheduling, verifying HACCP data collection and remedy, attendance and payroll, managing data on the shop floor control boards; coordinating with other department to facilitate effectiveness. 

We require a flexible individual who thrives in a diversified, high task variety environment.  The person will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field and 2 – 3 years of poultry manufacturing supervisory experience.  The ideal applicant will have a thorough understanding of poultry industry processing and procedures, and related HACCP standards.  A sterling safety record is required as are proven supervisory skills.  SAP experience will be given preference.
