Description
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Administrative Assistant with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work at our Corporate Office in Woburn, MA. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to two Regional Managers as well as perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing outgoing mail, routing incoming mail, coordinating and distribution of various reports, as well as handling some customer service matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently. In addition, the candidate must be highly organized and proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
