Our client is a well established real estate services firm that spans the country. They are currently seeking a VP/Real Estate Workout professional to join their team in Dallas.
Candidates must have ten to twenty years experience in the real estate industry. Atleast five to ten years of that experience must have been in a workout or special assets role. Candidates should be familiar with CMBS, retail, office, industrial, multifamily and hotel deals.
