Job Description

Ultimate Staffing currently has positions available for Retail Customer Service Representatives in the North Central Dallas Area.  If interested, please e-mail a copy of your resume to:  [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]. 

  

These positions offer several different shifts:  9AM-5PM, 11AM-7PM and 3PM-11PM.  You must be flexible to work any one or more of the shifts.  You should also be flexible to work weekends if required.  Main requirements are:

  

  • You will be required to process and shelve merchandise
  • Provide good customer service BOTH in public and over the telephone
  • You must have an outgoing personality
  • Frequent standing, sitting, walking, reaching, climbing, kneeling, stooping and use of your hands will be required
  • You must be comfortable with lifting between 25-50 lbs. at any given time
  • GOOD ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST! 

  

 


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.  Higher education in Liberal Arts and previous sales experience is a PLUS!
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
  • You must have good analytical/reasoning ability to solve problems and be able to adapt to new and varied work situations. 
  • Ability to read, alphabetize and write simple correspondence in English is required.  Fluency in the Spanish language is a PLUS!
  • Good mathematical skills are required, including using common fractions, decimals and calculating figures or amounts including discounts and percentages.
  • You should be able to perform basic computer tasks, including information input, navigating and accessing database information for Point-Of-Sale (POS) software 
  • You must be able to pass the minimum standards test for this client
