MANUFACTURING FINANCIAL ANALYST
Anchor Glass Container Corporation, a manufacturer of glass containers has an opening for a financial analyst at its Shakopee plant. The position will be responsible for analyzing the plant’s financial results/measures and identify opportunities for improvement. In addition the position will be responsible for reviewing the plant’s financial data for feasibility and accuracy, assist in preparing month end closing financial statements and prepare monthly forecasts in areas of production costs and material inventories. Position will compile cost summaries of plant projects and assist in annual budget preparation and monthly administration.
Education/Experience: Requires BS in Accounting with no more than two-four years of experience in a heavy manufacturing industrial environment. Candidates need to be problem solvers, provide leadership and direction and the ability to have interpersonal communication with individuals at the plant and corporate level.
