About the Position:


QCD is currently seeking Regional Sales Executive (RSE) candidates in the Houston area.  
As an RSE, you will be responsible for the development of the local broker community in your market.  The RSE meets new area brokers, introduces our product line and develops a long term relationship leading to new business generation.  The RSE should have a plan to regularly and consistently communicate with the brokers in their area to uncover sales opportunities and to close potential business.

The RSE position offers significant professional and financial rewards for the successful candidate.  These include:

 

*  Base salary starting at $36,000/year with scheduled increases to $54,000/year

 

*  Unlimited monthly commissions

 

*  Unlimited annual production bonus (must qualify) with the goal being total compensation

     of $130,000/year in 3 years

 

*  Expense reimbursement

 

*  Auto expense reimbursement

 

*  401 K plan funded by the company 

 

*  Medical, dental and vision benefits 

 


The successful RSE candidate will have the following characteristics:

 

  • An outgoing personality 

     

            *  Customers buy QCD because of you! 

 

 

  •  Relationship building skills

 

            *  Customers are going to do business with professionals that they like and that 

                take care of their business.  


 

  • Time management skills

 

  • Pipeline management skills

 

  • Forecasting and closing skills

 

  • College graduate with at least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

  • Knowledge and use of the ACT sales management database system
