Job Description

This position is located in Elmira, NY.  For 120 years, Arnot Health has been a leader in providing quality, state-of-the-art healthcare to the people of the region. Our mission is about more than just providing state-of-the-art quality healthcare, it is about people.... the people we care for and the people we employ.  We have an exciting full time opportunity in our Nursing Administration Department for a detail oriented RN with excellent organizational skills, to excel in this quality improvement position.  Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director coordinates the integration of nursing process and competencies, to assist managers with the development of unit specific performance improvement plans.  The Director also ensures Joint Commission and external regulatory compliance.  MS in Nursing with previous experience in performance improvement activities required.
This position is located in Elmira, NY.
