LHBS Inc. is seeking individual for management training program immediately.

Potential Candidate will possess:

• Strong Communication Skills and Professional demeanor
• Leadership quality/ experience
• Minimum of Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Desire to learn industry

This position involved intense training in the following areas:

• Sales and Direct Marketing
• Territory Management
• Demographic Tracking
• HR- qualifying, prescreen, interviewing and training
• Budgeting
• Maintaining positive public presence

Our ideal candidate will be able to interview this week and start within 1 week.

This position if for management training – the right candidate will be trained to run a sales and marketing staff.
