Innovative company looking for an energetic motivated Call Center Manager to join our dynamic team!
Successful Candidate will be able to develop and train new and current employees to ensure maximum effectiveness of our increasing sales force.
Candidate will supervise 15-20 employees to meet or exceed set weekly/monthly goals along with providing feedback for ways to improve working conditions while increasing efficiency. Monitor sales calls plus evaluate production and performance of telemarketers, ensuring State and Federal laws are followed.

· At least two years Experience in Telemarketing Sales Supervision
· A Degree in Communication or Business Management
· Computer skills including: sales Tracking Tools, Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
· Possess Professional Attitude with Proven Track Record of Performance and Results
· Be Self Motivated and Detail Oriented
· Upbeat and Friendly Personality
