Job Description 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Due to promotion, the Retail Banking team is seeking a new SVP Retail Banking Operations. In this highly responsible position, you will be a key member of the Retail leadership team and responsible for delivering continual improvements in the quality and efficiency of Retail service delivery.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and grow the capabilities of 6-8 direct reports and a total team of 100 employees. 
  • Monitor and measure customer loyalty and satisfaction. Lead the organization in addressing key service and loyalty opportunities and issues. 
  • Utilize process change and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery. 
  • Simplify service delivery in order to increase focus in the branches on sales and value-added service.
  • Drive cost savings and deliver operational cost budgets. 
  • Ensure that operations are compliant. 
  • Manage risk in order to reduce and control processing losses.

Job Requirements 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 5+ years senior leadership experience in banking operations (leading operations or leading multiple components of operations)
  • Experience leading and managing a large team
  • Track record of delivering continuous improvement through process change and automation
  • College degree
