Recruiter-Outside Sales

 

 

American Marketing & Publishing needs a talented, experienced recruiter to help us staff our expanding sales team.  We regard our in-house Recruiters as critically important members of our company’s management team.  Your work as our Recruiter will have a tremendous personal impact on our organization’s continued rapid and profitable growth in a competitive business environment. 

 

The ideal Recruiter candidate will be able to work from our office in Dekalb to source, screen,  select, and onboard individuals who will succeed at making our sale.  Previous experience in a deadline driven and high volume , full lifecycle recruiting environment is a plus, as is a demonstrated record of prior success in hiring candidates for professional sales positions

 

As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for staffing full time sales representatives earning a base salary and commissions.  (Average company-wide earnings for the sales position were $50,000-$55,000 in 2008.) Our recruiters work closely with both, District Managers, and Vice Presidents and typically fill over 7 positions each month.

 

Our 12 year old company has had industry leading annual growth each of the past four years.  The recruiting team plays the leading role in driving that expansion.
