Description Looking for someone with GREAT customer service experience (minimum 5 years), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to problem solve with customers and internal departments.

This company is a world leader in food packaging and distribution and we are looking for a person who is eager to to get in there and roll up his/her shirtsleeves to make a significant contribution to customer service/relations, while also dealing daily with the distribution process from beginning to end.

*Manages Customer Service Representatives.

*Coordinate customer service deliveries with the traffic coordinator.  Ensure all orders are shipped as requested.

*Review all orders for accuracy of pricing, terms, & conditions by comparing printed orders against information from sales contract. 

*Manages EDI ordering & billing system.

*Establish & maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements *Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred.

*Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in retail food production/packaging or  manufacturing environment.  Experience with Wal-Mart Replenishment is desirable.

*Experience with large retail customers such as Wal-Mart, Costco, or Kroger's is desirable.

*NOT LOOKING FOR CONSUMER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

*Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedur manuals. 

*Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest commissions, proportions, percentages.  Must be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

*Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

*Must have excellent telephone communication skills.
