Branch Manager sought for Huron River Financial a Division of Detroit Edison Credit Union. Challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join an established and growing financial institution. Challenges include overseeing all aspects of both branch operations; maintaining highly motivated, well trained staff; maintaining a cross-selling environment in the branches and coaching employees to meet cross-selling goals; ensuring adequate training and development of  branch staff; developing and evaluation policies and procedures for the branches; preparing, implementing and monitoring the budget for the branches; ensuring compliance with Federal laws and regulations; and participating in marketing/community and civic events.  Responsibilities also include reviewing and approving consumer loan applications.  Position will be managing the Center Line and Auburn Hills branch, but candidates must have flexibility to travel/relocate to surrounding locations.

Interested candidates MUST have 5 years branch management experience in a financial institution including managing front line, consumer lending and new accounts experience; effective communication skills and outstanding customer/member service skills and at least three years experience in a sales environment including goal setting and coaching employees to attain goals.  Additionally, candidates must have a Bachelors degree in a related field.
