$100,000.00 potential income as a New Home Sales Consultant while helping others attain the American dream of owning their own home!
- We have one of the best sales commission opportunities in the industry. Compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual. Enthusiasm, customer service, and sales determination are key factors for success with Shoopman Home Building Group.
- Work hours include every weekend, evenings, and most holidays. Commitment dictates success!
- We are seeking high energy, articulate sales professionals who are passionate about meeting and exceeding company sales goals. The target candidate will possess 2-3 years sales experience (not necessarily in Home Building). Must have the will and desire to succeed and most importantly be a top producer in sales for your particular industry. 4-year college degree preferred but not required, and must be able to demonstrate how you have achieved success in sales.
- Candidates should be professional in dress and demeanor, possess a strong work ethic, having exceptional listening skills, a desire for high commission, honesty, and integrity. Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Internet required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
