Sales Consultant (Leawood office/Kansa City Market)

 

We are seeking money-motivated Sales Consultants to join our LeadwoodOffice Sales Team (open territory) to continue leveraging our growth in the Kansas City market. We are looking for someone who can prospect aggressively, identify value-added opportunities and sell solutions for complex human resource needs.

 

 

We offer a generous base salary plus unlimited commissions, as well as generous personal time off and paid holidays starting day one!

 

Rewards:

·         Guaranteed base plus bonuses ($60,000yr)

·         No caps on commissions/residuals!$! (OTE 1st yr-$90K-$120K)

·         No territory restrictions

·         Professional sales training

·         Career advancement opportunities

Essential Functions:

·         Prospect, generate leads and cold call on business owners to explain how Administaff 
          can take their company to the next level

·         Travel throughout the market area - open territories!!

·         Accomplish sales goals determined by management

Job Requirements 


Qualifications:

·         MUST have at least 5 years of B2B outside intangible selling experience

·         5 plus years B2B selling to small and medium sized companies

·         Successful and stable sales track record

·         Aggressive prospecting ability to find and generate new business

·         A winning and entrepreneurial attitude
