Job Description

R.K. Tongue Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries, call on existing customers to obtain information as needed, and maintain records of all client communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, the following is required:

2+ years customer service experience
Valid MD P/C license preferred, but will train the right person (P/C license must be otained within 6 months of employment)
Highly motivated and goal oriented
Desire to build strong client relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Strong computer skills
Must be orgainzed and and detail oriented
Must be a team player
