HOTEL SALES MANAGER
An exceptional career opportunity with a beautiful full-service hotel
The Crowne Plaza San Antonio Airport Hotel is seeking a Sales Manager! The hotel is accessible to all San Antonio area attractions, including the historic Alamo, Sea World and Six Flags Fiesta Texas, upscale shopping at North Star Mall and Shops at La Cantera, the Quarry Market and Golf Club, Market Square and of course, the world famous Riverwalk and Rivercenter.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing profitable sales through outside sales calls and maintains active sales contact on all assigned accounts and within assigned market segments. They will develops proposals, qualifies customers, and prepares contracts. The Sales Manager will also continue to service current clients and assertively rebooks them.

Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales experience in a Hotel or Resort (within the San Antonio market preferred)
- Strong track record of selling and closing prospects
- Professional communication skills - both oral and written
- Prior experience selling to both corporate and group markets
- Possess an active "rolodex" of accounts/clients with a loyal account base
