Sales Representatives

 

 

A worldwide apparel manufacturer is looking for a Sales Representative in the San Francisco area. We seek a top-rated sales professional with the proven ability to manage a challenging and rewarding territory with little supervision.  As a Sales Representative, you will promote and sell apparel products business to business while concurrently cultivating, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities and relationships that leverage our market position and reputation.

 

 

Job Responsibilities: Sales Representative Duties

  • Create new business as well as manage existing accounts.
  • Develop a plan to sell target accounts
  • Will be accountable for a designated % of annual growth
  • Attend Trade Shows and set appointments in designated areas of responsibilities.
  • Meet and exceed Monthly revenue quotas
  • Identify prospects and increase market penetration in assigned territory
  • Submit weekly reports in a timely manner
  • Keeps management informed of the competition and market
  • Proactively address customer issues and questions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 7 plus years experience in consumer or brand sales and marketing.
  • Strong competitive sales background


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Expected to be on the road 90% of the time visiting customers and cold calling
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, integrity and outstanding organizational time and territory management.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills, willing to work hard.
  • Hunter Mentality and desire to over achieve and cold canvas
  • Must have experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territories and canvass the existing and newer potential markets
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Enjoys working in a competitive and fast paced environment
  • Service-oriented.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office software).
