Description
Vice President of Sales
Service Management Systems, a national provider of facility services management is seeking a dynamic individual to lead sales efforts in North America. This position is responsible for:
· Building and supervising the sales team
· Growing and establishing customer relationships at local, regional and corporate levels
· Allocating and directing resources to achieve and exceed sales goals
· Developing new service products and programs
· Coordinating marketing activity, and targeting new markets and industries for expansion of high-end commercial cleaning and maintenance services.
Requirements
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ yrs experience in selling contract facility services. Strong operations experience preferred. Customer service experience and strong communication skills needed. Computer skills a must. Travel approx. 50%.
