RETAIL  MANAGEMENT
Johnston & Murphy is looking for  hard working, forward thinking Retail Managers to recruit, select, and manage store personnel to achieve store sales plans, to control expenses, and protect company assets.

This applicant  must possess enthusiasm necessary to motivate a dedicated sales team to measurable sales objectives while maintaining a competitive and fun work environment.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years retail experience with an established retail brand. A desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required. The ability to work a schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.
