Kitchen Manager / Food Service Manager - Back of House
GattiTown is currently seeking an experienced
Food Service Manager for its College Station location.

Specific duties of a Kitchen Manager / Food Service Manager include: is currently seeking an experienced for its location. is a family friendly environment.
- Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, counsels, terminates all employees in his/her department.
- Is part of opening and closing management staff and depending on training and seniority he/she may assume GM duties when GM is absent.
- Ensures that standards of quality, service, and image are met.
- Understands, monitors, and insures compliance with all local health ordinances and company policy.
- Ensures employee compliance with all safety programs.
- Conducts inventory and ordering procedures.

Requirements
Kitchen Manager / Food Service Manager - Back of House
Minimum Requirements of Kitchen Managers / Food Service Managers include:
- At least 2 years of as kitchen manager level of restaurant management in a fast pace operation.
- Previous inventory / food cost control experience
- Must work well in an entertainment atmosphere with young employees and young customers.
- Must have great organizational skills.
- Understands that we are in the entertainment business and our job is to create memorable experiences for every customer
