Food Service Manager for its College Station location.

Specific duties of a Kitchen Manager / Food Service Manager include:

  • Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, counsels, terminates all employees in his/her department.
  • Is part of opening and closing management staff and depending on training and seniority he/she may assume GM duties when GM is absent.
  • Ensures that standards of quality, service, and image are met.
  • Understands, monitors, and insures compliance with all local health ordinances and company policy.
  • Ensures employee compliance with all safety programs.
  • Conducts inventory and ordering procedures.

Minimum Requirements of Kitchen Managers / Food Service Managers include:
  • At least 2 years of as kitchen manager level of restaurant management in a fast pace operation.
  • Previous inventory / food cost control experience
  • Must work well in an entertainment atmosphere with young employees and young customers.
  • Must have great organizational skills.
  • Understands that we are in the entertainment business and our job is to create memorable experiences for every customer
