A leading financial firm has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant with Marketing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience who will provide support and information management to the CFO and management teams. This position, based in the heart of Washington, DC requires a professional such as you-confident, able to work independently, possessing great interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that are complemented by the ability to anticipate the administrative needs of a busy executive. Applicants must have experience, scheduling meetings and conferences, maintaining calendars, arranging travel itineraries, composing correspondence, experience handling very confidential and sensitive matters, both at the professional and personal levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication, the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and polished and professional demeanor.
- Plans for and assures that the day-to-day operational needs and Conference Center are anticipated and consistently met.
- Manage CFO's electronic calendar.
- Make and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Other duties as assigned.
