Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse

A Touch of Grace Hospice provides end-of-life care to patients, family and caregivers by addressing the physical, spiritual, emotional and practical needs.  Our 24 hour/7 days a week services are provided by Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, Homemakers and other support staff.  Our services are provided in Davidson County.

            Provide culturally sensitive hospice care to patients and families

            Promote paient/family chose in quality comfort care

            Provide excellent social, medical, and spiritual support to patients and families

            Never compromise our, nor the family's integrity while caring for the patient

            Promote living and dying with dignity

            Promote the well-being of our staff so they in-turn will promote the well-being of     

            patients and families
