Telecommunications Technician - Outside Plant

GStek, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for an Outside Plant Telephone Technician opening at our Norfolk Naval Base location in Norfolk, VA.

Qualified applicants will have the following experience:

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial, buried, and underground copper and fiber cable.
• Ability to splice and terminate both copper and fiber cable.

Desired:

• Experience in air pressure systems and pulp cable a plus.

Clearance

Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
