EMSI currently has an exciting and unique opportunity for qualified Nurse Practitioners to join our provider network in the Buffalo area.  We are looking for providers who are seeking a flexible schedule, competitive pay and a variety of other benefits while helping people in their communities obtain the healthcare resources and benefits they are entitled to.

EMSI’s House Call program is a pro-active approach towards patient advocacy and wellness.  Members enrolled in our customer’s Medicare health plan are offered a free medical evaluation as part of their overall care management through the House Calls program. 

This evaluation is not meant to take the place of an existing doctor appointment and is in no way meant to replace the care the member receives through their regular doctors.  Our goal is to gather health-related information from members and provide health education along the way to keep members healthy, feeling good and out of the hospital.

We are supporting thousands of patients in your community whom are eligible for comprehensive Medicare benefits, but who are under served with respect to their medical conditions.  This unfortunate shortfall in our healthcare system is overwhelmingly due to a reoccurring void in complete and accurate clinical history.

Requirement

• Graduate from an accredited college or university's nursing program with a degree and possess a current licensure and/or certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
• Graduate from an accredited college or university’s Medical program with a degree and possess board certification as a Physician.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualified providers will be required to complete a background check and provide a copy of their current medical license.
