We are seeking a qualified professional Associate RF Design Engineer in Westborough, MA.

Summary:
Responsible for RF design of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) wireless networks and maintenance of Mentum PlaNet database including but not limited to: DAS network RF desktop design preparation, drive test support, customer service order preparation, DAS network deployment support, and supporting RF acceptance. The position will involve direct contact with wireless service providers, DAS equipment providers, and internal DAS personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Support the senior RF Engineering personnel with the development of innovative solutions and processes aimed at facilitating the RF design of our clients’ wireless networks. · Responsible for the RF component of a Customer Service Order preparation – including equipment vendor support, DAS network RF design to meet the coverage and quality criteria, supporting DAS drive testing, DAS network deployment support, and RF acceptance support. · Coordinate / support Sales and Operations teams as required.
· Maintain complete documentation applicable to all sales and marketing procedures, communications and actions for each customer, and all node documentation pertaining to all DAS networks under design and in operation.
· Prepare, coordinate and ensure completeness and accuracy of all necessary applications and supporting documentation e.g. RFQ, RFP, RFI, RFS, etc.
· Support, and at times self-perform, RF field data collection associated with benchmarking, CW-testing and post-processing of the DAS networks.
· Develop and maintain working relationships with customers, suppliers and staff.
· Develop and maintain the documentation applicable to the fiber-optic carrying plant associated with the DAS networks, including record management programs such as AutoCAD, MapInfo, and Visio applications.
· Primary point of contact for the management and support services of DigSafe / One-Call mark-out programs throughout the country, as they relate to the DAS networks.
