Description Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions is a family-owned and operated pest management firm, protecting the health and property of businesses and homeowners since 1956. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team in selling our proven pest management solutions to consumers and businesses throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Requirements Our successful candidate will possess a minimum of three (3) years of service sector sales management experience and a proven track record of leadership, including hiring and developing salespeople. You must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess the physical capabilities to work in the pest control environment.

Compensation includes a GUARANTEED BASE, plus COMMISSIONS with no ceiling on earnings, along with participation in our corporate bonus program. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package.
