Summary - Sales & Marketing Director

Ide Management Group is seeking an outside sales/marketing superstar to promote their skilled nursing facilities located in Newton, Iowa and Urbandale, Iowa. The goal of Ide Management Group is to improve the quality of life of each patient we serve and we are seeking a creative, dynamic individual to promote our mission to the community.

Responsibilities - Sales & Marketing Director:

  • The purpose of the position is to educate the public on the services we provide to area seniors.
  • Interactions with all community resources including media, community leaders, civic organizations, physicians and other identified organizations will be a key role for this position.
  • The Community Liaison Director is the face of the facility and is an outside marketing position.

Sales & Marketing Director


Requirements - Sales & Marketing Director :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, public relations or related field.
  • One to two years experience working in a nursing home, hospital, home health agency or other health care capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers and general advertising agents.
