The Senior Operation Expert is a full-time hourly supervisory position, with the primary responsibility of assisting the Store Manager with operational and customer service imperatives.

Duties for the Senior Operation Expert include merchandising, processing freight, maintaining store conditions, providing excellent customer service and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience and be available for various shifts, including nights, weekends and some holidays and must be able to work a 52 hour work week.

Some computer skills will be necessary to be successful in the position.

The compensation for a Senior Operation Expert is $8.25 to $9.00 per hour based on several factors, including, without limitation, relevant work experience and store volume. The Senior Operation Expert is paid for all hours worked. A 52 hour work week is schedule each for this position
