| Design Engineering Supervisor |

DESCRIPTION:
-
Supervise design engineering staff and provide design services.
-
Provide continued training, professional support, and development for design engineering staff.

Assure all building designs are processed in accordance with ABC guidelines and other governing codes and standards.

Review ABC orders for unique conditions and adequacy of input.
-
Schedule work for design engineering group.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) degree. Training or experience with MS Word, Excel, and Access.
- Achieved Professional Engineer (PE) registration, and be eager to become registered in all 15 states of the Atlantic Region.
- Ability to properly interpret Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical project drawings
- Proficient in the structural design of highly complex metal building systems.

- Demonstrate courteous and professional office etiquette.
- Effectively communicate with employees and customers in verbal and written form.
- Strong leadership skills including proficiency in motivation, management, and people development.

- Display a strong aptitude for managing multiple tasks and assignments.
