Description

Responsible for answering inbound customer service calls regarding supplemental insurance products.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Delivers timely, accurate customer service
  • Responsible for receiving inbound calls
  • Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Meets and maintains productivity and quality standards
  • Able to meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Maintains a supportive, positive attitude
  • Analytical ability at a level sufficient to understand and resolve client/customer requests and concerns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle escalated calls
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, and successfully complete multiple tasks within assigned deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment, resolve problems and receive constructive feedback
  • Ability to follow a set work schedule and adapt to changes as necessary

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years as a telephone and/or online customer service representative
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with a computer
  • Ability to type 5000 keystrokes per hour required
