SALES COORDINATOR

Aunt Millie’s Bakeries, a leader in the wholesale baking and route distribution industry for over 100 years, is accepting applications for a Sales Coordinator position for our Louisville, Kentucky market.

A Sales Coordinator has direct interaction with retail customers such as store managers, receiving personnel and other associates.  Successful Sales Coordinators develop strong relationships with these customers and are proactively involved in problem solving and increasing sales.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Delivering and selling to established accounts

Taking product from Company vehicle into stores/restaurants/etc

Unload and stock shelves

Preplanning specific orders for each customer

Minimizing stale product

Safely operating Company vehicle

Practicing safe work procedures

Candidates should:

Have an excellent driving record with a valid license

Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle

Have basic math skills

Have a strong work ethic

Have an eagerness to provide outstanding customer service

Be able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical

Be at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement)

Driving Record:  Candidates should not have Convictions in the past 3 years on their Driving Record for:

DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug related offense

Careless/Reckless driving

Chemical test refusal

Driving after suspension (unless not notified)

Fleeing/eluding a police officer

Leave the scene of an accident

Passing a stopped school bus

Speeding 15 miles+ above the speed limit

3 or more driving violations (not including seat belt violations)
