This is a contract to permanent position and the pay for this position is based on a competitive market rate.

 

Job Description:

  • Candidates will be responsible for answering incoming calls and having direct communication with customers
  • Candidates will be working in a fast paced, high pressured environment and must be able to keep their composure when the situation calls for it.
  • Candidates must possess experience working in a well structured environment and must be team-oriented employee
  • Candidates will work in-depth with the customer regarding to his/her needs or issues to resolve them and suggest additional information for future reference

  • Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Candidates must be able to work full-time (40 hrs. per week) and also have the availability of working 1st  Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Must able to pass a Criminal background check and a drug screen analysis
