Accountant - Cashier/Billing

12 month contract, Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 4:30pm
Parking is provided
$40,000

Maintaining general ledger, bank and account reconciliations and journal entries
Responsible for preparing financial statements, periodic budget reports, trial balances and assist in budget forecasting

Other Functions:

Related clerical functions, including mail out of system generated checks (claim payments).
Create deposits, petty cash accounts.
Perform as back up to Accountants
Prepare journal entries, post to general ledger and reconcilation of basic general ledger accounts.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
4+ years of experience in Accounting related field
Proficient in MS Excel 2003
Need to be extremely organized
Strong Admin Skills-Typing 45 WPM plus
Ability to Multi-task
