CCE, Incorporated, is a leading provider of contract services in the government Construction, Aviation, and Operations Support sector.

 

Job Summary: Responsible for all financial analysis and planning for the company and its subsidiaries. Will report to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

 

Job is located in Annapolis, Maryland.

                        

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Manages all financial reporting, analysis and planning including preparation of monthly financial reporting packages to corporate management, the yearly budget process, financial forecasting and all other analyses to assist the company in achieving its strategic vision.

 

·         Works closely with the Accounting department to ensure proper revenue recognition on contracts in progress using updated Estimates at Completion, proper general ledger posting of expenses and other analyses to assist in the monthly accounting close process.

 

·         Manages the treasury function to include company banking relationships, working capital management, investment alternatives, foreign currency exchange/hedging and credit reporting services such as Dun & Bradstreet.

 

·         Manages the corporate surety function to include establishing and maintaining relationships with bonding firms, establishing escrow accounts and obtaining letters of credit from the bank as necessary.

 

·         Provides technical expertise and leadership to the business units in the areas of financial planning and analysis, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and project financial management

 

·         Acts as the point of contact for the Defense Contract Audit Agency and prepares all financial submissions required by the FAR.

 

·         Oversees the external tax preparation and submittal process.

 

·         Assists in the pricing proposal process when required.

Requirements Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 10 years government contracting experience with large government contractor
  • Experience in international finance
  • Experience with Construction finance desired
  • BS/BA Degree in an associated discipline and or the equivalent experience
  • Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced in Excel
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Analytical ability to analyze and interpret financial data, solve complex accounting problems, and manage the development and use of analytical tools and methodologies for cost/profitability analysis
