Operations Manager - Oil & Gas Industry - Exploration – Production – Construction – Operations – Onshore Basins – International Operations                                                          

·         Must have technical and leadership with all teams of management.

·         Personal Development skills.

·         Must have hands on 50/50 skills in field and office.

·         100% drive to hit the ground running.

·         15-20 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry with all levels of management.

·         A must tight gas sands completions experience.

·         Must have horizontal oil wells completions experience.

·         B.S. degree in engineering or geology is a must.

·         Must have experience with hardware, software, and sophisticated databases designed specifically for Reservoir stimulation, Nodal analysis, Casing and tubing design, Fracture stimulation design, and Economic analysis.

·         Large Oil company experience is considered a huge plus. 

·         Colorado experiences a huge plus.
