Job Description

L3 Enterprise IT Solutions is seeking a full time, full benefits Customer Relationship Manager for our DoD client based in Ft. Detrick, MD.

Security Clearance required: SECRET (This position is in a secret cleared environment at a DoD facility).

As our Customer Relationships Manager You will be responsible for:

- The migration of new CCSC customers
- Establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with all CCSC Customers
- Directly addressing any and all issues by interacting with customers in person and/or by phone and email
- Participating in the development of Support Agreements (SA) between CCSC and new customers
- Serving as senior process advisor for our DoD client
- Leading the team through planning and implementation of solutions and mentoring staff concerning IT Service Management Implementation Methodologies
- Conducting surveys of current service desk operations across existing ITA service centers to determine required resources.
- Providing in-depth technical analysis to expedite organizational adoption of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices
- Preparing and presenting briefings regarding process engineering activities -Defining operational procedures and tools for the Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) Consolidated Customer Service Center (CCSC)


Job Requirements

Required Experience/Background:
- 5-10 years CRM experience
- 4 year college degree
- Must have strong writing skills
