EXECUTIVE RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION
As an executive recruiter with The Rorex Group, you will spend your time screening and interviewing candidates for very coveted positions. Our clients offer comp plans with start up bonuses, training bonuses, competitive salaries, full benefits, world class sales training and much more. In fact, because these are highly sought after positions in the extremely lucrative financial services industry, we currently have an abundance of applicants to place with our clients. That is why we are searching for ambitious, talented, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our team.


POSITION DETAILS
Executive recruiters with The Rorex Group work from their homes, screening and conducting telephone interviews with qualified candidates exclusively in the financial services industry.

No long commutes to work, no office politics, no micro management, and no evenings or weekends.


COMPENSATION
You will receive payment for every successful placement you make with our clients. We operate on a national basis with our clients and have an unlimited number of job-openings.  Because we pay our recruiting staff some of the highest commissions in the industry we do not provide a salary or draw during your ramp up period with the company. Typically our recruiters begin to make a nice income after the first 3-4 months. You will need to be able to support yourself during this ramp up period. First year recruiters are expected to make between 60-90k. Second year recruiters are expected to make a 6-figure income. There is no initial or ongoing financial investment required on your part. Your ongoing costs will only consist of internet access, phone (many local phone companies provide unlimited long distance for a reasonable flat rate) and basic office supplies.

Requirements
EXECUTIVE RECRUITER JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Self-motivation and self-discipline to work out of your home without direct supervision or micro-management.
• Excellent phone and written skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Full time commitment. This is NOT a part time opportunity. We want to see a minimum of 25 interviews completed per week. Interviews typically take 30-45 minutes with another 10 minutes of administrative work for each successful submission.
• Prior executive recruiting experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the financial services industry a plus
• Phone, headset, computer, high speed internet, Outlook, Excel and Word
