This is an ENTRY LEVEL position and therefore you will most likely not make more than $40,000 in your first year in this position. Pay based upon performance.

To Whom It May Concern:
I'm the President of L&J Associates, Inc. and I'm writing this letter today because we have to make some major hiring decisions in a very short amount of time.  To be able to meet our client's demands, we need to open 5 offices within the year of 2010. In order for this to happen, I need to have qualified individuals in place at our Memphis location to move into a managing role within a very short amount of time.

A handful of qualified individuals will start at entry-level and complete our consulting/management training program to learn our business from the ground up. Some of these areas include; business presentation, customer consulting, marketing research, campaign development & management, basic selling techniques, training & development, and team management. This job involves face to face sales to new business customers.
