Requirements
1. Conducts self in a manner which is consistent with guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
2. Dresses accordingly, based upon company dress/grooming standards.
3. Attends sales meetings.
4. Maintains an follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction while maintaining a score above regional average.
5. Maintains an ongoing system of developing referrals and new prospects.
6. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
7. Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
8. Reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
9. Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
10. Understands the terminology of our business and keeps abreast of technological changes in the product.
11. Knows and understands the federal, state and local laws, which govern our business.
15. Enter complete customer information into computer (name, phone, address).
