North Houston Area Wendy’s – Restaurant Managers Needed

 For our locations throughout the North Houston area, Wendy’s is currently seeking to fill all levels of management;  General Managers,  Assistant Managers, and  Shift Supervisors. 

General duties would include providing leadership and direction to other management and/or hourly employees and acquiring a thorough knowledge of Wendy’s Operational Procedures and Standards.

General Manager Qualifications:

• One plus years line operations experience in the restaurant industry, some college preferred
• Knowledge of training, interviewing, planning, and budgeting practices
• Supervisory skills and experience
• Strong guest service attitude

Asst. Manager Qualifications:

• One year experience in the restaurant industry
• Knowledge of training and supervisory practices
• Strong guest service attitude

Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent with 1 or more years of restaurant
• Strong guest service attitude
