The Business Development - Inside Sales Associate is a vital part of the Business Development team. This position will be responsible for generating qualified leads for CaseStack’s field sales force. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and have a professional demeanor. Candidates must be smart, creative and have the ability to work independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Must possess a strong work ethic and a “do what it takes" attitude. Strong diplomacy is essential, and the ability to communicate with departmental managers as well as key decision-makers within CaseStack.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing target customer list in line with the company's prospect strategy.
• Researching target companies to convert target customer list into cold calling list
• Qualifying and developing inbound leads and hand them off to sales.
• Developing and executing fruitful business development methods and techniques, mainly cold calling and e-mail campaigns.
• Setting up appointments for field sales people with qualified prospects (senior executives in charge of project based organizations) at a minimum rate specified in quarterly goals
• Working closely with field sales to transfer qualified opportunities and support sales efforts. Collaborating with marketing
• Managing and tracking leads in the lead database through Salesforce.com. Track and report lead metrics.
Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in business, management, or related field.

• 3-5 years experience in inside sales or business development.
• Ability to cold call into organizations and to find the right contacts.
• Tenacity to penetrate large organizations and meet aggressive targets.
• Energetic, conscientious, and enthusiastic persona with strong problem solving skills.
• Comfort with autonomy, but ability to follow directions as well

• SalesForce experience a plus
