Pharmaceutical Sales Rep

This international bio-pharmaceutical company was founded over 20 years ago and is now one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in the world.  This publicly traded company is recognized for developing revolutionary therapeutic and human genetic products which are changing the lives of people everyday.  This company currently employs approximately 3,000 people and continues to expand its reach globally. 

 

Prospective sales associates must have a dynamic personality, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and have superior communication skills. Account management and outside business to business experience is necessary.  If you enjoy competition, possess a disciplined work ethic, and want opportunities for career advancement, in the healthcare industry, this position may be right for you. 

 

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing advanced product knowledge to physicians, pharmacists and hospitals.
  • Demonstrating basic selling skills
  • Maintaining accurate records and submittal of reports
  • Developing long-lasting relationships and trust with clients
  • Participating in sales meetings, conventions and training programs
  • Effectively managing a territory to insure achievement of sales goals
  • Implementing marketing and sales strategies on daily basis

 

Sales Benefits:

 

  • Base Salary ranges between $50,000 and $60,000 based on experience
  • Uncapped commission with average 1st year rep earning $30,000 - $35,000
