Healthcare Recruiter Summary:

Cirrus Allied, a Joint Commission Certified organization and an A. Soriano Corporation (ANSCOR) company, is currently seeking Recruiters to assist with the recruitment and retention of travel healthcare professionals nationwide.

Responsibilities of Healthcare Recruiter Includes:


  • Recruits candidates via company generated leads, referrals and social networking site.
  • Qualifies candidates through phone screening, clinical and behavioral interviewing, and other assessments.
  • Coordinates the placement of top talent medical professionals needed to support our current and future client needs.
  • Handles negotiation of offers for contractual agreements.
  • Develops and grows existing database through effective rapport building and relationship management skills.
  • Liaison between the candidate and Cirrus for issues, complaints and incidents and communicates to appropriate departments.
  • Meets daily/weekly/monthly activity goals

Requirements for Healthcare Recruiter:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong skills in relationship building
  • Communication and a passion for recruiting
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
  • Have a track record of success in customer care, closing sales and/or volume sales
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and build rapport
  • Have outstanding phone skills
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service or inside/outside sales
  • Have a College degree or equivalent
  • Have experience with data entry, manipulation of internet
  • Microsoft office products and excel spreadsheets
  • Previous recruiting experience is preferred
