Job Description

Our client is a Boston-based insurance company looking for someone for a direct-hire permanent position. Some of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Confirming coverage, investigates background facts, determine compensability, recognize subrogation opportunities and setting up timely and appropriate reserves.

  • Effective file documentation, diary management and preparation of various reports, including high exposure case reporting.

  • Work closely with insured claimants, medical providers, vendors and defense attorneys to bring all assigned cases to prompt solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Must have good business sense (i.e. understand how an insurance company works and makes money)

  • Professional worker's comp adjuster with 5-7 years of highly visible experience preferably with the ability to handle multi-jurisdictions.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and all other regulatory requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communications and mathematical skills are essential.
