Job Description

The Q.C. Process Technolgoy Manager will  oversee the Quality process in our Richmond and Hannibal manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:

  • Manager QC Labs including staff and equipment
  • Perform QC test audits- design and set frequency
  • Assist in R& D/trouble shooting formulations.
  • Maintain Batch adjustment log and foll up to initiate/ensure change
  • Writing reports and procedures, statistical analysis, specification review
  • Auditing to SOP, plant and lab.
  • Training technicians
  • Monitoring manufacturing processes
  • Field visits
  • Conduct reviews of QC. Techs


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • B.S. in science, engineering, quality or equivalent experience
  • Laboratory training and coatings classe preferred
  • Min. 2 years supervisory experience
  • Family with ASTM AASHTO and state specs/test methods for paint
  • Experience with quality policy, application methods
  • MS Office
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Must be able to make decisions regarding product dispositions
  • Must be able to solve personnel issues
  • Must be able to direct QC techs
  • Preferred Bi-Lingual in Spanish
